The renovated building of this place is a plus, along with the sunny balcony and its central location near tourist attractions like Muiron Islands.

The best feature of the Sea Breeze is the wonderfully friendly staff. My room was spacious and clean... the hotel is quiet and the pool and spa area are pleasant. I would recommend having a car if you stay here as it's quite a way out of town.
Sea Breeze is 5km out of town and has no restaurant or bar. If you don't have a car you're at a distinct disadvantage as there is nothing in walking distance.

We loved the entire motel, including rooms and stuff. A kitchen was a big plus. All main attractions such as vlaming head lighthouse where very close to this hotel.

Had a fantastic time over Christmas. the package with snorkeling and beach equipment and a rental car was perfect for exploring the nearby reef and attractions. the location was ideal, within easy driving distance to the best spots. We also loved the friendly staff who helped us with everything we needed.
The rooms were a bit dated and could use some renovating. the bathroom was small and could be cleaner.

we were by a lovely lady named Nadine who was very friendly and professional at her job. The rooms were excellent with everything that was needed for a deluxe self contained rm.The location was awesome being very central to both the town and the surrounding beaches. When we go back to Exmouth we will be staying there again, very lovely and awesome holiday. Thankyou

The manager, Jim, was warm, helpful and welcoming. They had a very nice outdoor BBQ area. The breakfast kitchen and dining decor was beautiful. The room was clean and having SBS during the Worldcup Season was brilliant!

Exmouth is fantastic for diving and snorkelling. The hotel is very expensive and not great value for money.

Knowledgeable staff when considering local activities and bookings. All necessary amenities for extended stay. Daily room service.
Bike rentals would have been a nice option for getting around the area and to town.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was well furnished and had everything we needed. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. They really know the area and the best operators and things to do, and helped us sorting out bookings for diving and other trips. The hotel is about 5 km out of town so, although you can manage without, it's best if you have a car (which we had, so no problems).

From the time I arrived at the airport to the hotel, the staff were very friendly and very hospitable throughout my stay. First impressions makes things easy and people approachable. My first time to Exmouth, travelling solo, I wasn't 100% sure what I was up for but the staff were helpful in assisting me with information about the area and especially helping me organise my transport. The accommodation was a little bit out of town but that's how I liked it, away from everything and everyone. It however was closest to the entrence into the Ningaloo National Park. For those who like to cook their own meals (like me), rooms have their own kitchen facilities and as an added bonus there is free WiFi!! Not flash like the bigger resorts but enough for me to be adventurous during the day and rest at night :)
Maybe that the phone in the room didn't work, not that I ever needed to use it. And the lighting, no biggie just at times not enough lighting in the room.
